Teaching
Marcy develops and teaches creative programs for students of all ages, with a focus on building confidence, collaboration, and visual thinking skills. She has over 10 years of experience teaching at Creative Arts at Park, working across photography, video, and visual arts while mentoring junior instructors and contributing to program development.
She has also designed and led programs at a range of institutions, including the ICA Boston, where she created Mystery Materials, an intergenerational workshop inspired by “Chopped” that challenges participants to collaboratively create using unexpected materials. She has taught at schools and programs including Acera School, Charles River School, and Brookline Smart Summers.
Her approach combines hands-on making with clear structure, helping students explore ideas while developing practical creative skills.
